The Integrated Library System (ILS) and Library Management System (LMS) are the two components that make up the system. These two segments will be integrated to create the most efficient and seamless system feasible. Patrons, Administrators and Librarians are the system users. The new library system will feature a patron website and mobile application, an admin panel for administrators and a librarian panel for library employees.

Measurement of Media Audience – MMA is a research-based project to measure the TV audience’s habits of watching TV. Built a custom device and set it in the household attached to a TV to monitor the data and generate the required reports.

Being excellent at developing detailed project plans, setting clear milestones, and ensuring everything is organized is crucial. Able to manage resources, timelines, and tasks to keep the project on track and avoid delays.
Effective Communication
Clear communication with my team, stakeholders, and clients is essential. I can articulate project goals, provide regular updates and handle any questions or concerns. Listening and adapting to feedback are equally important.
Problem-Solving & Decision Making
As challenges arise, being able to quickly assess issues, think critically, and make informed decisions is a key skill. It’s my responsibility to come up with solutions that keep the project moving forward, which can greatly impact the project's success.
Team Management
Inspiring and motivating my team is key to ensuring high performance and morale. Being able to resolve conflicts, delegate tasks, and guide the team effectively ensures everyone works towards the same project goals.
